For more than a half-century Hyspan has provided advanced motion solutions for Defense vehicles. Land, surface, subsurface, air, and space equipment are supported. Motions can be from thermal, vibration, shock, and hull flex. Solutions include metal bellows, metal hoses, fabric bellows, laminated (multiply) materials, stainless steels, nickel alloys, special liners, engineered flanges, insulations, and other technologies.

We provide engineering, manufacturing, and testing capabilities. Research & development, specialty testing, in-service inspection, installation inspection, replacement manufacturing, and reverse engineering are also available. Products may support MIL-S-901 Shock, NAVSEA Welding, BPVC ASME Section IX qualifying welding procedures and welders, or other unique requirements.

These include ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, and ASME Section VIII Division 1. NAVSEA S9074-AQ-GIB-010/248 Welding is supported. Manufacturing is performed at Hyspan plants in the USA and Mexico.

Nondestructive testing and inspections are performed by company personnel including radiography.
